What if we didn't install your roof?
SmartCare also covers roofs we did not originally install. Findings reflect current condition only, not a warranty claim against SunSmart or the installer. Non-SunSmart roofs begin with a full-price Premium membership in year one, then may change tiers.

- SmartCare is a preventative maintenance and inspection membership. It does not guarantee a leak-free roof, prevent storm damage, or replace any manufacturer or contractor warranty or insurance coverage.
- Roofs installed by SunSmart may enroll in any tier from the first year. Roofs installed by another contractor must purchase Premium for the first year at the full Premium price, then may change tiers in year two.
- Priority scheduling: Protect and Premium members are contacted within 24 hours of a request and scheduled within 3 to 5 days.
- Pricing shown is for asphalt shingle roofs. Metal roofs multiply price by 1.5x. Tile roofs multiply price by 2x.
